Vodavi's XTS Product Family
The Infinite XTS, and XTS-IP Systems are expandable systems that can start as a single cabinet accommodating up to (48) lines and (96) stations, to three cabinets of (144) lines and (252) stations. The XTS-IP model also utilized VoIP technology to save on long distance and international calling. The system is modular - you add line or station cards for growth as you need them, and comes with a robust feature set that user friendly. Intercom, caller ID, (5)-way conferencing, system and station speed dialing, day and night modes, off hook voice over and text messaging from station to station, and many more features are standard. You can forward out of the system to your cell, home, or other location. It has a UCD (uniform call distribution) feature for busy workgroups handling large call volumes, and can work on T1, ISDN-PRI, or DID trunks, as well as analog loop start lines. XTS-IP systems can be networked together via the internet, (up to 32 systems).
A smaller version of the XTS-IP is the XTSc-IP, designed and engineered with the same feature set as the XTS-IP,including VoIP capability, but intended for the smaller businesses, up to (28) lines, (44)digital stations, and (2) analog stations with a smaller pricetag. Should your company outgrow the compact model, migration to the XTS-IP is quick and easy. The feature set is identical and the telephones are compatible. The cabinet(s)will wall or rack mount, and multiple cabinets can be added for system expansion.
To complete the package, the system integrates with Vodavi's (8) port in-skin voice mail system, that supports (64) bnoxes and comes standard with (3.0) hours of record time, and can be expanded to (9.0) hours.
For small to medium sized businesses, Vodavi's Starplus STS system fits the bill by giving the small customer big system features. With a base configuration of (4) lines and (8) digital stations, the Starplus STS comes with (2) analog ports standard. This makes it easy to add an off-the-shelf cordless, a door box, or share your fax line with your telephone system for use as an outgoing line to stretch your buck. The feature package includes caller ID, system and station speed dialing, intercom, call forwarding, do not disturb, conferencing, off-hook-voice-over, text messaging between stations,and many more. The system is modular, so you add line or station cards as you need them.The system has a day and night mode, music-on-hold, camp-on, forwarding out of the system, toll restriction and account codes, and many more.
The system compensates automatically for daylight savings time, integrates with overhead paging systems, and comes with an optional door box that connects to the system.
The phones are (24) button backlit LCD speakerohones, in charcoal or white, desk or wall mountable, with an available attendant's console. The user guide is well-written, the features are user-friendly, and the system warranty is an outstanding (5) full years.
Analog line tunks are standard, although TI, ISDN-PRI with DID's, and fractional T1 trunkling are available. The system maxes at (2) cabinets, (24) lines, and (48) digital stations, with (8) ports of voice processing.
It has an (8) port, (64) mailbox, in-skin optional voice processing card for voice mail and automated attendant that allows for smooth integration with the system. The voicemail memory is expandable to (9) hours of voice storage.

Vodavi's voice processing systems are available in stand alone models. The TalkPath voice processing system with 35 hours of storage time with an unlimited number of mailboxes is available in configurations from 2 to 8 ports. This enables a small business to add capacity as needed. The automated attendant can be set for different menus based on time of day, day of the week, or as-needed, and can be programmed to ask for the caller's name before transferring the call, allowing the user to screen their calls, or even announce the call over an overhead paging system, or outdial to cell or other telephones. Users can call into the system to retrieve messages. The system comes in configurations of from 2-8 ports, and is compatible with all Vodavi systems and is compatible with over 60 other manufacturer's telephone systems.
The Allworx 10x and 6x
DTEL's newest offerings from InSciTek of Rochester, NY are the Allworx 10x and the Allworx 6x www.allworx.com a remarkably flexible combination of a traditional key or PBX with Voice over Internet (VoIP) technology with a powerful voice processing component including a (16) port voice mail system with multiple call queues, with network servers built in, including an email/file/web server with firewall and mirrored disc redundancy, with an advanced messaging system including group calendaring and collaboration software, unified messaging with text-to-voice and voice-to-text message delivery to a cell or off-site phone,and much more. IP telephones allow you to switch your long distance over the Internet, bypassing the telephone company, making huge long distance saving possible. It is an ideal arrangement for remote users, and 10x's are networkable for remote offices or locations.
The IP telephones are smart and stylish, and operate off of your existing LAN cabling network. You can plug it in to any high speed Internet connection and you are instantly connected to the telephone system.

Vertical's FXII System:
Vertical's, (fomerly known as Comdial) digital PBX for up to 400+ users has several configurations for your needs.The FXII is a digital platform that can grow to 544 port. It is modular in design; you add line cards as you need lines, and station cards as you need stations. The FXII switch can utlize T-1, ISDN PRI, and DID trunks, and FXII systems can be networked together via the internet. Networked switches can be remotely maintained, with (4) digit station to station dialing available. Software upgrades are via a software "key", thus eliminating the need for extended downtime for upgrades. The FXII is ideal for medium to large sized businesses. An upgrade program with trade-in credit is available for Comdial DSU users upgrading to the FXII. The telephones are compatible, so only thecabinet would need upgrading. Depending upon your voice processing needs, choose from the Corporate Office, Small Office, or Small Office Lite voice mail systems.
Vertical's DX-80 System:
The DX-80 is designed for the small business market, and it comes with (4)analog ports standard in the (4) line, (8) digital station configuration, with 30 button telephones.Modular design allows you to add line or station modules as needed. An attendant console is available. The DX-80 will expand to (2)cabinets with a maximum of (16) lines, (48) stationsorts and a (4) port voice mail.
Vertical's Voice Processing Systems:
The Vertical voice processing systems are Key Voice products. The line includes the Corporate Office, the Small Office, Small Office Lite, and the Debut.
Comdial's Corporate Office NT and Small Office voice mail systems allow a listen/pick up/record feature on the Impact & FX switches allowing the user to listen to a caller's message and decide whether to take the call or let it go to voice mail or record the conversation. The Corporate Office is designed for many users and has a capacity of up to 10,000 boxes, from 2-64 ports, and 200+ hrs of storage. The Small Office can provide as many as 100 mailboxes,2-4 ports, and 60+ hrs of storage. The Small Office is upgradeable to a Corporate Office. The Small Office also comes in a Small Office Lite configuration with up to 50 boxes and can be upgraded to Small Office.
The Debut system, in 2 or 4 ports, is basic and affordable, allowing even a small company to conduct business efficently and professionally. Auto attendant is standard, with a maximum of (25) mailboxes plus routing boxes, ACD boxes, group boxes, and a directory box. Total voice storage time is 2 or 4 hours and there are analog and digital models.
The Small Office family of voice processing systems do well in high traffic applications and those that use automated attendant as their primary mode of answering.
Maintenance can be done remotely, or on site. Back up disks can be made for disaster recovery by our technician.
Leviton Residential Structured Cabling
DTEL's certified Leviton www.leviton-lin.com technicians can install the Leviton structured cabling systems for new and existing homes distributing telephone, cable TV, and ethernet cabling for computer networking. Have telephone, TV and computer jacks, and also speakers and cameras where they are needed.
Optional cameras, door boxes, monitors, and speakers can be integrated with your CATV or sound system, enabling you to access a camera on your television set to, say, see who is at the front door, or monitor a sleeping baby. Leviton has partnered with JBL to produce high quality speakers systems with in-wall, in-ceiling or outdoor installations, and a high capacity digital storage system, "LEAPS" for storage of music, movies, and digital photos that can be retrieved and played over your televisions or sound system.
Leviton structured cabling systems home run all cabling to a central cabinet, that contains a dedicated power outlet, surge and lightning protectors, and termination panels for phone, TV and internet sources, hardware, and jacks. Residential structured wiring is the standard for new homes.
